Device Distribution

Our device distribution for 6th graders and those new to Avalon Middle School will take place on Monday, August 3rd and Tuesday, August 4th.  Devices will be distributed by appointment only between the hours of 8am and 4pm using an online sign up sheet.  You can sign up for a time slot by clicking on (the SignUpGenius link sent via email) the following link: SignUpGenius

We are asking that only one parent/guardian accompanies their child for device pick up.  Parents and students will be required to wear a mask at all times.  We also encourage you to bring your own pen to device distribution as there will be additional forms that need to be completed.  Student ID numbers are needed in order to check out a device.

A Parent Technology Media Information Consent Form (PTMICF) must be completed prior to arriving.  Please print the completed document and bring it with you.  You can download the consent form by visiting our school website at and clicking on the Parent Technology Media Information Consent Form at the bottom of the page.

When arriving to pick up your child's device, please pull in to the car loop and remain in your car until our AMS staff greets you and provides you with directions.  If you have any questions about device distribution or are having trouble accessing the consent form and/or sign up list, please e-mail Michelle Anderson at [email protected]
